Today, friday, was our "wrap up" day. Rudy worked on some closet doors and I helped Desma wash the glass panes for the windows. Each windoe is a set of approx 12 individual rectangular pieces of glass - kind of like blinds. There is 30 some windows so thst is a lot of glass!
At noon we had vendors set up outside We bought a couple of things from them.
Rudy started out for the guest house this morning, and he came across a pastor who stays at the hotel. His church is about two hours away on motorcycle. Daryl said he is similar to a social worker for the hospital. Anyway, rudy has talked with him a couple mornings, and this morning pastor Getro had a gift for us -a clock, two bracelets, andtwo hair clips for me.We were both touched.
Saturday morning it was wonderful to sleep in and relax abit. The week with the team is crazy busy, but fun! We spent the day with the Hartzlers at the beach in Port Salut. It was the first time we were able to spend any significant time with them, and it was a great day. Such a beautiful uncommercialized beach with great food and great company! At the end of the day it was a bit sad to go in to the guest house and the team was gone. It is amaxing how in a week everyone can feel like family. I am anxious to hear today how their trip to PAP went.
Having dificulty with pictures so will send this for now. Take care and God bless!
